  • Exscape Group is the single name now used by established Ohio landscape companies that previously operated separately, including WinnScapes, Shearer Patio and Landscape Services with Polaris Pools, Pony Lawncare and Landscaping, Buckeye Landscape Service, Lassiter and Son, Green Impressions, and Exscape Designs. Local leadership carried over with each company, and every market is served by the branch that covers it. Existing accounts keep their service history and reach their branch through one point of contact. The name is new. The people leading the work in each market are not. Green Impressions continues to operate under its own name on Cleveland's west side and becomes Exscape Group of Cleveland West in 2027.
  • Exscape Group serves both homeowners and commercial property owners, with separate teams for each. Residential work covers landscape design and build, custom pools, outdoor living, irrigation, lawn care, and ongoing property maintenance. Commercial work covers grounds maintenance, snow and ice management, irrigation, design and build, enhancements, and seasonal color for HOA, retail, healthcare, education, senior living, and corporate properties. Both run through one point of contact assigned to the account.
  • Exscape Group serves Greater Cleveland and Greater Columbus through local branches, each responsible for its own service area. Cleveland East covers Novelty, Chagrin Falls, Gates Mills, Moreland Hills, Orange, Pepper Pike, Solon, Beachwood, Aurora, Hudson, and Painesville. Cleveland West, operating as Green Impressions, covers the west side of Greater Cleveland and operates its own website and phone line. Columbus North covers Dublin, Powell, Upper Arlington, Hilliard, Bexley, New Albany, Lewis Center, Gahanna, Delaware, and Westerville. Columbus West covers the west side of Greater Columbus and operates its own website and phone line. Columbus East covers the east side of Greater Columbus.
  • Most Exscape Group design and build projects start around $8,000, and recurring maintenance and commercial contracts are priced by property size and scope. Final pricing depends on the scope of work, the materials selected, and the current condition of the site. A written scope and budget are provided before any work begins. Projects below that range are not a fit, and Exscape Group says so on the first call rather than leaving an inquiry unanswered.
  • Exscape Group provides snow and ice management for commercial properties only, not for residential driveways. Commercial snow contracts are planned during the summer and built around how each property opens and operates through the winter. Homeowners looking for driveway service will need another provider. Residential clients are supported year-round through landscape maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and lawn care.
  • Exscape Group takes over commercial maintenance contracts mid-season and does so regularly, most often when a current provider has stopped performing. The process starts with a walk of the property to document its condition. A written scope and service schedule follow before any agreement is signed. Once the account begins, one point of contact stays with it and every service visit is reported back.
